I'm a software developer and after carefully testing 8 different RSS readers, RSSOwl was by far the best. I've tested: RSS Bandit, Yeah Reader, Sharp Reader, RSS Reader, Feed Reader, Mozilla Thunderbird, RSSOwl and Feed Demon.

Download it and test it yourself, it has everything,

Best:

HTTP authentication, export settings, tab browsing and user friendly.
